Our client is a leading global medical devices company, their surgical procedure packs and catheters are trusted by hospitals across the UK and worldwide.

They are passionate about innovation, quality, and improving patient outcomes.

As an In-Process Control Technician, you will play a key role in supporting production, quality, and technical teams.

Your work will involve testing, inspection, evaluation, and data collection, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

You’ll oversee – Components, Raw materials, Manufacturing processes, Equipment and Facilities

Your responsibilities include:

* Conducting in-process reviews of manufacturing processes

* Testing components, sub-assemblies, and equipment

* Ensuring the environment within the clean area meets accepted limits

* Assisting with cleanroom facility compliance and product testing

* Problem-solving and root cause analysis including NCR, CAPA, FMEA activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical or quality process control role, ideally within a regulated manufacturing industry.

Location – Bromsgrove.

Salary - £36,000

Please not the working pattern:

Week 1 and 3: Mon-Thurs: 7am-3:45pm Fri: 7am-2pm

Week 2 and 4: Mon-Thurs: 10:45am-7:30pm Fri: 1pm-7:30pm
