About the role:
* We are looking for somebody to join our fast paced and evergrowing team to support on our contract’s day to day.
* Tracking engineers / cleaners and scheduling them into jobs
* Ensuring PO’s, invoices and timesheets are approved and correctly inputted into spreadsheets
* Using Microsoft Excel to track daily hours and times of work
* Monitoring jobs
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
* Creating quotes
* Managing spreadsheets
What we are looking for
* Somebody with a strong understanding of the importance of our contracts
* Driven and motivated to do well within the role
* Background in contract support and administration is required due to the nature of the role
* Commutable to Birmingham business park
* Familiar with the use of internal systems, whether it be CRM or CAFM
