Fabric Engineer (Mobile)
Birmingham ( Solihull, Coleshill, Edgbaston.)
£30,000 plus benefits package (Including 27 days AL + BH’s, + Overtime.)
Your new company
* Working for a large international Facilities Management provider.
Your new role
* Working in a mobile position covering commercial sites in Birmigham
* Working Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm (37.5 hours.)
* To carry out general building maintenance duties to include, painting, decorating, carpentry and fire door maintenance.
* Call out is 1 in every 9 weeks (£1,500 annually on top of your wages.)
What you'll need to succeed
* NVQ Level 2 or City and Guild Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery.
What you'll get in return
* 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
* Pension scheme + Sick pay
* Overtime to be paid as, Monday – Saturday time 1/2. Sundays and BH at double pay.
