Facilities Scheduler
Monday - Friday
Office Based - Birmingham Business Park
Main Tasks:
· Ensure efficient resourcing of work orders
· First time fix culture, full mobile and operational control, maximising
productivity
· Ensure all Sub-Contractors adhere to our standards, policies, and
procedures
· Report any problems/issues to the Line Manager
· Understand and respect the engineers and their role
· Achieve the highest standards of customer service and service delivery
· Understand and meet the objectives of the client
· Support and help control and maintain agreed direct labour to sub-
contractor ratios
· Have mutual trust and respect of the business and people priorities
· Continually improve and monitor engineer performance
· Empower engineers to take ownership of works issued
· Tackle difficult issues early
· Ensure full compliance with business standards
· Always work as a team player
· Develop excellent relationships with client representatives and consultants
· Meet deadlines without the need for prompting
Performance Measures
· Performance against KPIs
· Ensure all jobs are updated on the system daily
· First time fix objective on all jobs
· Productivity of engineers
· Achieve client response times
· Achieve agreed Direct Labour/Sub-Contractor split
· Control of work in progress and new calls
· Help achieve all targets set for the Reactive Department
· Ensure client queries are responded to within the hour
Role Details:
Salary £24-26K PA Monday to Friday
Shift Rotas weekly – 1 in 3
08.00am-16.00pm

Required to work 1 x Saturday (every 7th week)
Monday - Friday
