My client is a dynamic and growing architectural practice in Chelmsford, seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career and gain exposure to a wide range of interesting and diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior technicians and architects in the production of technical drawings and design specifications.

Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building regulations.

Collaborate with the design team, clients, and external consultants.

Engage in site visits and liaise with contractors as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: HND / BSc in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.

Experience: Ideally, 1+ years of experience working within an architectural practice.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.

Strong understanding of UK building regulations.

Excellent communication and team-working skills.

A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
