We are looking for a passionate and proactive Support Care Advisor to join the Manchester team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver world-class care and support to an established UK-based childrens charity. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns, providing fast, customer-focused solutions.

What you'll do:
• Responding to a range of enquiries, including those from supporters and potential supporters (e.g. standard requests for information) and cross referencing correspondence received to individual case files
• Build repport with internal and external stakeholders
• To share appropriate messages and stories with supporters to inspire them to continue supporting our work with children and young people
• Work in an office environment providing secretarial/administrative support, such as write emails, letters and notes of meetings clearly
• Receive clients and visitors to the office and direct them or inform colleagues of their arrival as appropriate
• Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information from inbound and outbound calls

What you bring:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience of working in an office environment providing secretarial/administrative support
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in delivering high standards and meeting KPIs within a customer focused environment
• Strong time management and organisational skills are required
• A dynamic and flexible approach is necessary along with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt and work within a service area using new technology. Knowledge and experience in using Windows-based software packages and Outlook

Pay: £11.44 p/h (weekly pay)
Hours: Mon - Friday 09.00-17.00
Location: Salford, Manchester
Contract: 6 months contract (possibility of going permanent)
