Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on a Permanent basis to commence on a residential development in Saffron Walden, Essex.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Assisting with contracting of the live site
Manage day-to-day operations of each project
Ability to identify resources and assign responsibilities
Work directly with the site manager, clientele, developers, and designers to identify the deliverables of the project
Produce regular project reports both externally and internally
Manage pre-construction process including cost plans
Site inspections
Quality control
Site Inductions
Further information:
07:30am - 17:00pm
Travel expenses covered when travelling between sites
£40,000 - £50,000

Site Manager requirements:
SMSTS
3-day first aid course
Residential experience
1+ years experience within site management
CSCS Card
