Job Title: Principal Electrical Design Engineer

Job Duties:

Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion.
Develop detailed electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in electrical design and project management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Substation Design
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Experienceed in 132kv / 33kv / 11kv

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and project management.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in electrical design software.
Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) licence.
Experience in renewable energy projects.

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be hybrid, 3 days site based, 2 based WFH
