Complaints Investigation Technician
Remote - Temporary FTC - 6 Months
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
To start end of October 2024
£15.00 to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking temporary Complaints Investigation Technicians to join a successful global business located in Essex. This will be a remote role with the exception of attending initial induction, training and ad-hoc meetings at our client’s head office.
To be considered for this role you would need to have previous technical knowledge, regulatory or quality experience due to the nature of the complaints.
Candidate Skills & Requirements
* Technical knowledge gained through education or substantial work experience
* Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Laboratory or Regulatory environment would be highly advantageous
* Experience in troubleshooting/manufacturing/servicing would be of advantage, but not essential
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office applications
* Excellent analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good Technical Writing Skills
Responsibilities
* Perform root cause investigations and product analysis for customer complaints, adverse events, potential adverse events, non-conforming products, and other service and finished goods devices
* Document investigation findings into the complaint handling system in accordance with established work instructions
* Support the administrative staff in the processing of complaints. Route complaint files as necessary to ensure the timely processing of complaints in order to achieve department complaint goals
* Assist engineers with in-depth complex investigations to resolve customer complaints and identify root cause of immerging issues
* Investigation of products based on established priority guideline
* Facilitate product complaint investigations by transferring devices returned for investigation to appropriate physical inventory areas upon receipt
* Perform all other essential duties as directed
