Customer Services & Complaints Handler 🌟

🌐 Location:

Office based in Southend, Essex.

🕒 Working Hours: 9am till 5.30pm - Monday to Friday

Full-time position with an immediate start.

🎯 Responsibilities:

As a Customer Services & complaints Representative, you will play a vital role in managing customer retention activities for our client's Gadget and Travel policy products. Your key responsibilities will include:

📌 Handling customer inquiries and managing retention activities against business KPIs.

📌 Achieving individual objectives and key performance indicators as set.

📌 Providing exceptional customer service via outbound and inbound calls and emails.

📌 Supporting clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

📌 Maximising business opportunities through product knowledge.

📌 Timely and professional policy administration.

📌 Assisting colleagues from various areas of the business, including liaising with insurance providers, claims handling, and general administration.

📌 Adhering to company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

✅ A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

✅ Dedication, hard work, and motivation to deliver exceptional service to customers.

✅ Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

✅ Confidence in handling phone conversations.
