What's involved?

Maintaining healthy and positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Be the first point of contact for any departmental administrative duties
Identifying and resolving any problems in a timely manner
Support the team with any existing or new projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Book meetings and forward inquiries to the relevant contact/s
Attend to urgent or planned matters when the Ops and Comms Manager are on annual leave/absent
Collaborating with executives in creating operational policies and procedures
Assist with setting up events
