They are looking to offer the successful Assistant Branch Manager:

Basic salary will be up to £25,000

Realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped)

Successfully negotiating offers

Arrange and attend viewings

Cross-selling

Conducting valuations when needed

Sales Progression

Assist in managing the team

Driving the business forward

Provide excellent customer service

The successful Assistant Branch Manager will have:

Experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Manager

Strong customer service skills

Driven and passionate about property

Friendly approach

Team player

Must be highly self-motivated

A driving license
