Sales Representative/Key Account Manager

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hours : Hours Per Week: 37.50 (7.5 hours a day)

Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Sales Representative/Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. With the option of working remotely or being based in Bracknell two days a week, this one-year contract opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channel. Collaborating with buyers, merchandisers, and customer supply chain, you will uncover incremental opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth. Your role will involve networking across various internal functions, such as shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service, and the sales team, to align objectives and drive success.

What we are looking for:

Applicants must have experience of managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channel.
A skilled Key Account Manager or an ambitious individual looking to enter the world of sales
Experience in maintaining and growing long-term customer relationships
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide compelling value propositions
Degree-level education
1-3 years of national account management experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions
Problem-solving mindset and a passion for business development
A valid driver's licenceAdditional qualifications that can enhance your success:

Ability to deliver operational excellence through effective customer communication
Experience in handling customers and meeting their requirements
