The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds to start in September. Working across Primary schools as part of established teams, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group or 1:1 basis supporting pupils with SEND.

The school
This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is a central hub within the community. There is a SEN provision within the primary school, this is where you would working, supporting pupils with SEND.

Requirements
The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Have experience working with Primary School aged children.

• Have experience working with pupils with SEND.

• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
