Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Aldershot
Salary: £30,000 with an £8,000 bonus potential [£38,000 OTE]

Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a thriving, family-run dealership in the Aldershot area.

You'll be a representative of a very successful volume brand, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, services and MOT's, and if you're looking for a role with Training with a great customer base, this could be the next step in your career.

What’s in it for you?

Competitive salary: £30,000 basic with an OTE of £38,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5:30pm - with 1 week per month doing an early admin shift which is 7:30pm - 5pm.
Work-life balance: 1 Saturday morning every 4 weeks 8:30-12:30pm (that’s it!)
Training:- The works. Full Manufacturer training and accreditation with the brand.
Requirements?

A driving licence
The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
Experience in a role that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
