You'll manage IT operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

This is a permanent role based in Watford.

Bring your expertise in IT service management and passion for problem-solving to a company building the future!

Essentials:

  • Manage the 3rd Line Support Analyst
  • Deal with any escalations from 3rd line support
  • Reporting on stats and feeding back to Charlotte
  • Change Management and process
  • Risk Management

Relationship with outsourcing team, not managing them, but ensuring they are dealing with issues
