Job Description
HVAC/R Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of heating and cooling systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
System Monitoring:Monitor HVAC systems to guarantee they operate effectively and in accordance with environmental and safety standards.
Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid system breakdowns.
Technical Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate energy-efficient technologies where applicable.
Cleanroom systems and protocol
Emergency Response:Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide solutions to HVAC-related problems.
Collaborate with other facility technicians to address critical issues affecting overall facility functionality.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Collaboration:Work closely with other facilities and maintenance team members to achieve overall facility management goals.
Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized HVAC projects.
Work with other team members as needed on tasks outside of HVAC systems.
