As an Events Assistant at Sharpcontra, you will support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. You will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all events are successful and meet client expectations. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for event coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.

Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event logistics.

Manage event calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other event-related logistics.

Assist with on-site event management, including registration and attendee support.

Ensure all materials, promotional items, and event supplies are ready for use.

Help with post-event reporting and analysis.
