As the General Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and a positive dining experience for our guests. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for the hospitality industry will be invaluable in leading our team to continued success. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Hire, train, and manage staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high food quality and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offering paid by Jack Brown's- a $7,000+ value per year - effective 60 days after employment begins in a full-time salaried management position
