Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: City of London

We are working closely with our top FM service providers, and they are on a lookout for a new permanent staff member to join one of their main contracts in London!

Overall Tasks

Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
Responding to reactive tasks on site
Maintaining and servicing mechanical plant rooms
Monitoring the BMS
Logging completed jobs on the company log books
Following health and safety protocols on site
Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
Participating in annual building shutdownsHours of Work

Monday to Friday (split shifts available)
40 hours per week Package Overview

£40,000 to £46,000
Funded training courses
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Life InsuranceRequirements

Knowledge of building service maintenance
Experience working on; Cooling towers, Chillers, AHU's, Fan coil units, Boilers and Water treatment
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3
Legionella awareness
