Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring all students have an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group support, assisting students with their academic progress and personal development.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Support the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes enthusiasm and a love for learning.

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Some knowledge of the national curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Effective organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

You must be willing to attend a registration interviewVeritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
