Site Administrator
Location: Upper Heyford, Oxford
Salary: £25,282 | 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We’re hiring a Site Administrator to support our clients logistics and operational management teams at their Upper Heyford site. This role involves tasks such as managing POD enquiries, driver set-up, payroll entries, invoice submissions, and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling driver issues, delivery changes, and driver assets.
Managing payroll, uniform allocation, and invoices.
Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and site facilities.
Supporting the sales team and site management.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities.
