Vision for Education are seeking a Teacher of Art for our client schools in Schools in Wigan

About the role

As an outstanding classroom practitioner, with a drive to improve the life chances of young people through education, the successful applicant:

• Must be able to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils to succeed in Art

• Must be committed to improving the outcomes for all pupils

• Will hold high expectations of themselves and pupils

• Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and improve practice in themselves and others

• Will be up to date with relevant pedagogy and apply this to their teaching

The successful applicant will be teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teacher of Art and Design you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have a current DBS (on the update service) or be willing to obtain this
Be able to motivate, inspire and challenge students
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
