Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support student learning and create a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities:

* Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and implementing instructional activities.

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help understanding the material.

* Support students with special educational needs or learning disabilities, implementing accommodations and modifications as needed.

* Help maintain classroom order and discipline, fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

* Assist with grading assignments, quizzes, and tests, providing feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement instructional materials and strategies.

* Supervise students during non-instructional periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.

* Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.

* Willingness to undergo a background check and obtain any required certifications or clearances.
