They are looking for an ambitious individual, with previous management and accountancy practice experience, to work 4 days a week with a maximum of 35 hours (this can be less). The firm are based in Southend on Sea, in the centre of town with excellent transport links. Accounts and Tax Manager (Part Time) Position Requirements

A minimum of 10 years' experience in practice
ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Strong IT and communication skills
Previous managerial experience (at least 3 years)
The ability to plan and manage the work of the team with a portfolio of circa (330 clients)
Strong attention to detail
Sound commercial awareness and management of budgets on jobs.
The ability to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships.

Accounts and Tax Manager (Part Time) Position Remuneration

A maximum of 30 hours per week
