Department: Customer Outreach Team
£22,000 per year basic + uncapped earning potential bonus scheme (realistic OTE upwards of £50k per year)

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Customer Retention Calls:
Conduct targeted outbound calls to existing customers and account applicants with the primary goal of retaining/converting them as active account holders.
Utilise effective communication and persuasion skills to address customer concerns, offer solutions, and highlight the value of our products/services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities to upsell products/services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed retention targets, contributing directly to the overall growth of active customers for the company.
Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in a sales environment, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Experience in retention or customer relationship management is a strong asset.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits and address customer concerns effectively.
Motivated and Ambitious:
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving personal and team goals.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Team Player:
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
