Role Overview: As the sole Audiologist, you will have the unique opportunity to manage the full spectrum of hearing healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive Care: Oversee prevention, identification, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing, balance, and related disorders.
Patient-Centered Approach: Provide exceptional care with a strong emphasis on hearing aids and diagnostic testing.
Autonomy: Enjoy the independence to shape and manage your practice while delivering top-notch patient care.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution; a Masters degree with national certification (AHA or ASHA) is also acceptable.
Licensing: MA Licensed Audiologist (MAAUDIO) upon hire.
Experience: Open to new graduates, but two years of experience is preferred due to the autonomous nature of the role.
