Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance industry, is seeking an Appointment Generator to join their team and contribute to their success. Please find all the details below:

Job title: Appointment Generator

Location: Ashford, Kent. Your own transport is required for very occasional holiday/sickness cover in Dover and Tenterden.

Salary: £23,500

Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year, subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00.

Acquire and maintain knowledge of our client's products and licences as necessary.
Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support new business development by providing high-quality customer service through outbound calls.
Prospect new clients to drive sales growth within the agency.
Review successful areas and develop best practises across the new business development teams.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and regularly update data records for accuracy.
Provide exceptional levels of customer service, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
Demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model for the organisation.
Build and nurture effective working relationships within the agency team and relevant contacts within our client's organisation.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies and processes.
Assist the business development team with campaigns, achieving required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.
Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall business strategy.Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.Next steps:
