Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals, and enhancing employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational performance.
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations and stay updated on HR best practices.
HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
