Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated part-time Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 to join our team. The candidate will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform data entry tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other tools within Microsoft 365.

Create, format, and edit documents in Microsoft Word.

Maintain calendars and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook.

Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.

Assist with other administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence.
