Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

You will serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring that all interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and candidates in a timely and courteous manner
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients and candidates
- Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates regarding our services, job opportunities, and application processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate any complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and sales is a plus
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive earnings. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This position is based in our office in Nashville, Tennessee, USA and is hybrid in nature.
