Position: Sales Director

Position Overview:

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and developments

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets

- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services

- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of the technology industry and market trends

- Willingness to travel as needed.
