Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Swansea

Salary: £29,624 - £32,744 per annum

About Our Client: Join our dedicated client at a children's home in Swansea, where they provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to grow and thrive. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support a team in delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of residential support workers.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide emotional and practical support to young people.
Ensure the home complies with all regulatory requirements.
Support and mentor junior staff members.
Participate in and manage on-call duties, including an average of 5 sleep-ins per month.Qualifications & Requirements

Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent.
Must be a driver with a valid UK driving license.
Must be over the age of 21.
Experience working in a residential children's home setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.Benefits:
