Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of working with students with a range of special educational needs.
Excellent communications, leadership, and organisational skills.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of three years' teaching experience

The post would suit an experienced SENCO or Inclusion Manager who is able to take over a successful team of Teaching Assistants and provide excellent pastoral care across the school.
