Interaction Recruitment are supporting a growing company in Bletchley with their search for full time Production Operatives.

If you have experience working in a technical environment, you would be particularly of interest for our client.

The team you'd be joining is a small but passionate one, and it is imperative to find candidates who will compliment the team in situ at present.

The role will include:

- Lifting metal components
- Preparing documentation
- Loading and unloading furnaces
- Quality inspection of finished products
- Communication with customers over order progress
- Lots of attention to detail - this skill is paramount
