Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator

Vacancy Overview:

Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator
Location: Office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4 PM
Flexibility for 7:30 AM to 4 PM shifts
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE Key Responsibilities:

Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally
Handling phone calls and emails from both UK and global clients
Logging enquiries and requests in the appropriate software, ensuring all relevant information is recorded, categorised correctly, and prioritised based on potential impact and urgency
Processing customer orders promptly and efficiently
Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices or updates on orders
Picking and packing spares orders, including arranging courier collections (role is approximately 75% office/25% shop floor)
Using effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations Essential Skills and Experience:

Confidence and proficiency with computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite
Professional and courteous communication on calls and emails
Positive 'can-do' attitude
Adaptability and flexibility to change
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong time management
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team or individually as required
Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided Desired Qualities:

Quick learner with the ability to understand various aspects of the business
Self-motivated and adaptable to new tasks
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
Friendly and adaptable personality, fitting well within a close-knit team Benefits:
