OFFICE BASED

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Hereford based client. Based within the training sector partnering with major clients you will be assisting with back-office support and helping with administrative tasks.

The Office Assistant is responsible for:

Answering phone calls and direct calls from customers.
Assisting with general administration including printing and sorting documentation.
Greeting visitors, drivers and couriers.
Post credit card and cash entries.
Responding to emails.
To be a successful Office Assistant you need to:

Experience using any accounting software.

Have strong IT skills, especially using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Have a keen eye for detail, with excellent levels of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess strong communication skills and the confidence to deliver excellent customer service
The successful Finance Administrator will be paid a salary depending on experience. The job has a bus stop outside the premises and a car park if you drive. The hours are 24 hours per week spread across 3 days. 2 of which must be a Tuesday and Thursday. This opportunity is a temporary contact with the possibility to go permanent for the right person. Immediate start available.
