We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias, will be responsible for:
* Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
* Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
* Keeping the client informed of site activities.
* You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
* You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias role you must have:
* City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
* You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
* You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
* It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
* Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
* Available to join a call out rota.
* Hold a full UK driving license.
