H9 Human Resources are looking on behalf of a dynamic and established business, for a Customer Support Representative with excellent communication skills to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Answer incoming live messages address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to customer emails promptly and effectively
Contact customers regarding stock shortages and provide suitable alternativesCustomer Relationship Management
Utilise our CRM system to manage inquiries and maintain accurate customer information.
Book meetings for our sales team using the CRM systemAdministrative Duties
Update and maintain spreadsheets for various administrative tasks.
Process returns and contact customers to arrange re-delivery
Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in handling phone calls and engaging with customersAttention to Detail
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasksSelf-Motivation
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent time management skills to prioritise workloads effectivelyTechnical Proficiency
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as shopify is desirable
Knowledge of Photoshop / Canva also desirable.
Looking For:
Minimum of A-C grades in English and Mathematics at GCSE level or equivalent
Must have knowledge of customer service and experience with live chat
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven written communication
Good availability and flexibility around peak times (Nov-Dec)
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, willingness to learn
E-commerce experience desirable
