Project Manager - Warwick - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Bens
Automotive | Automation | Strip and re-fit
Shorterm Group are partnered with a global and 1st tier supplier to major automotive OEMs to recruit an experienced and highly organised Project Manager within the automotive space to work on brown field projects for new and existing customers. Based in Warwick 2 days per week, this is a hybrid role, with some UK travel to customer site expected.
You should be a project manager with a good automotive background, with an understanding of how the industry operates. In addition, you'll be working on plenty of 'strip and re-fit' projects, so an appreciation of this kind of work/ability to weight your diary towards shutdown periods / periods of general down time is essential.
To be a successful project manager with us, you'll need to have excellent organisational skills, but also good people skills. You'll be interacting at all levels internally, from shop floor to director level, as well as building relationships with and directly influence customers in order to deliver quality solutions that everybody is happy with.
