Job Opportunity: Special Needs Teaching Assistant in Exeter

Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Exeter
Salary: £85 to £95 per day
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.
Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with both academic and social development, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
Support with any additional personal or medical care needs of the students.
Requirements:
A compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children.
Previous experience working with children with special needs is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students.
