Service Coordinator

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a service controller to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support in co-ordinating the service engineer to the repairs and breakdowns.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 pending on experience plus death in service, 22 days holiday, sick pay.
This role is full-time and permanent The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 42.5 hours
Your responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinate breakdowns and services for your depot by allocating to an engineer and liaising with the customer to ensure minimal downtime to the customer’s machine.
* Input Timesheets on a daily basis.
* Chase the customer for order numbers on all work that is not covered by warranty.
* Keep constant communication with the customer to give them updates on all live breakdowns.
* Arrange warranty cross hire machines for any work that can not be completed on site due to Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate:
* Proficient with Office applications; advanced Excel would be advantageous
* Good level of numeracy
* Good time management skills
