Customer Support - Sales & Client Training Executive

If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for technical detail and would like to work in a sales environment then this role might just be for you.

Our client is probably looking for a junior candidate who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has the potential to develop into a key player on the team. This full-time, permanent role that is office based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. It is perfect for someone keen to learn, grow, and shape their career within the business.

The role involves a mix of sales account management and client training, so someone with a good eye for technical documentation, strong organisational skills, and great communication ability would thrive here. The Role

We aim to creatively develop new online training platforms for our clients using the latest technology, such as virtual training videos and QR linked applications. Our goal is to update and inform new clients on how to operate and maintain our range of advanced data centres.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop/write product manuals and technical documentation to project deadlines, utilising and managing internal and external resources to achieve objectives.

* With support, develop digital training and handover tools that exceed our clients’ expectations.

* Manage all aspects of client training, including proposals and costs, and the administration of new users on digital platforms.

* Continuously update training programmes on various digital platforms with assessment tools.

* Deliver product training to global clients.

* Proactively contact clients to arrange and promote the benefits of training and schedule sessions.

* Provide regular reporting of existing and future training sessions and monitor training records for all clients (including refresher training).

* Work with subcontractors to develop training guides, videos, and sessions.

* Provide reports to the business on training programmes and client feedback.

Renumeration
