TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH provision in the London Borough of Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a lasting impact on students facing behavioural challenges and emotional difficulties.

Previous experience in a similar role is welcomed but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to helping young people overcome obstacles to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing tailored one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and personal development.
Supporting students in managing their emotional and mental health needs.
Working closely with teachers and professionals to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students.
