Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Paisley, Scotland
Salary/Benefits: £24k - £37k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor in the Paisley / Glasgow area. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of Client sites across the Central Belt of Scotland and undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys. Our Client is a privately-owned and friendly company, who can offer excellent up-skilling opportunities for enthusiastic Surveyors, including training for further P Certifications.

Our Client can consider candidates from: Paisley, Renfrew, Clydebank, Erskine, Johnstone, Linwood, Bearsden, Milngavie, Lennoxtown, Kirkintilloch, Croy, Moodiesburn, Kilsyth, Airdrie, Coatbridge, Bellshill, Motherwell, Shotts, Larkhall, Hamilton, Uddingston, Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Jackton, Clarkston, Newton Mearns, Giffnock, Rutherglen, Barrhead.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Will need experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS Accredited outfit
- Able to undertake the full range of Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSE and industry guidelines
- Excellent written ability and experience completing thorough reports with schematic drawings

The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a mixed portfolio of Client sites
- Writing thorough technical reports, including Schematic Drawings
- Liaising with Clients directly, providing updates and advising on findings
- Dropping samples off to the laboratory
- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst on Client sites
