Are you an experienced, organised and hard-working School Administrator looking to work in a supportive school environment? Vision for Education is working with a well-respected school in Bebington, Wirral, to find a dedicated School Administrator to help manage essential student information, attendance, and basic finance tasks. The hours are 8:30-3:30pm Monday to Friday. The school has good transport links via bus and train and on-site parking.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative tasks, including attendance records, student enrolment, and staff timetables.
Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as needed.
Handle basic finance tasks, including ordering supplies and processing invoices.
Provide general office support
Requirements:
Experience working with SIMS is highly desirable, though candidates with strong school based administrative backgrounds will also be considered.
Basic finance experience, with knowledge of ordering and processing invoices, is required.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle various queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
