Our clients, a well-established consulting structural and civil engineering practice, who are known for its high-quality design and consultancy services are currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in the Kings Lynn area.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm

A flexible work pattern with some hybrid working if necessary

The successful Structural Engineer will be offered:

£30,000 - £50,000 per annum

Structural Engineer requirements:

MEng, BEng, BSc or other relevant structural engineering degree.

At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer

Chartered status would be preferable

AutoCAD experience

Full UK driving licence

Experience in Civil Engineering with roads and drainage would be advantageous

As a Structural Engineer, your role will include but will not be limited to:

Working from Architects' drawings

Preparing reports

Selecting appropriate construction materials

Obtaining planning and building regulations approval

Calculate the pressures and stresses of steel beams, considering the strength of various materials

Liaising with clients on each project

Examine structures at risk of collapse and advise how to improve their structural integrity
