JOB TITLE: Management Accountant - Development Finance

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY From: £44,149 To: £49,054 per annum

The Role:

Lead role in the day to day running of the Finance team
Provide a management accounting service to various departments
Managing monthly KPIs, performance reporting to the new homes team and quarterly performance reporting
Prepare statutory accounts
Key role in the production of the annual business plan process
Great opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to progress into a Development Finance team

The Candidate should have:

Experience using complex accounting systems
The ability to prepare statutory accounts
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications in a business environment, particularly Excel
Capable of working under pressure, prioritising effectively, delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, Educated to degree level
A very positive attitude and approach

SUMMARY:

This is Fixed term role- 9 month role

Working hours to be 37 per week,

Hybrid working style is an option
