Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity to join a tier 1 main contractor in the Birmingham area

* Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership

* Experience of residential cladding remediation is required

Salary range : £65K -£80K plus packeges this will be based on experience .

I am recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious main contractor in Birmingham. The company provides Project Management and Quantity Surveying / Employer’s Agent work to a high-profile client base, with particularly strong expertise in residential and commercial projects alongside other sectors such as education .

The ideal Quantity Surveyor:

* Experienced Project / Senior Project Surveyor (minimum 2 years)

* Experience within the residential and education

* Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one.

* Able to work both individually but also as part of a team.

* A natural drive to succeed.

* A self-starter attitudes.
