Maintenance Plumber
Location: Reading, London, M4 Corridor
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Highly Competitive + Door-to-Door Travel
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Plumber to cover a commercial portfolio across Reading, London, and Bristol. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.
* Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and water heaters.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
* Experience: Proven plumbing maintenance experience in commercial environments.
* Driving Licence required.
